WWI Medal pair to 3190529 Pte C. Gould, Canadian Siberian Expeditionary Force. Born Amherst, N.S..


British War and Victory medal pair both named to 3190529 Pte C. Gould, C.S.E.F.  For service with the Canadian Siberian Expeditionary Force.  Cyrus Gould was born in Amherst, Nova Scotia on December 14, 1896.  He was living at Westmorland Co. New Brunswick when he enlisted in the C.E.F. at Camp Aldershot.  Gould is confirmed in Skuce’s book as having sailed for Vladivostok aboard the SS Empress of Japan, leaving Victoria 11/10/18 and arriving in Vladivostok 26/10/18. Medals toned, with ribbon, very fine.
