Miniature Scale Model of a 4.7 inch Seige Gun used by the British from 1905-1915. Contained in a brass, glass and wood display box measuring 11″ by 5″ by 4″ approximately. Brass plaque reads “Presented to Major W.H. Bromage by the Officers and Instructors of the Artisan School Canadian Ordnance Corps Training Centre on his Retirement Barriefield Dec 1943. Exquisite attention to detail, finish and accuracy with hundreds of hours of skilled work. The model is complete in every details. The glass lifts off the display base and two louvered brass hooks slide to release the wheels allowing for the Gun to be removed. Bottom of Gun engraved “Made by J.A. Anderson.”
Glass display case is cracked in a few places but this could be easily replaced. I can remove broken glass sides before shipping. Special shipping rates apply.
