I have been unable to find a record for LCOL Osland.  Medals are court mounted, as worn.  Very fine or better.

Note: New information:  There is evidence of a condolence note left by Osland which suggests he may have been a member of the Canadian Scottish Regiment. These medals were purchased as part of a larger medal collection and Osland may also have been a member of the RCMP.
