A Royal Canadian Mounted Police quality statue. Featuring a mountie in red serge standing on a wooden plinth. Measuring 105mm high (without the plinth) and plinth measuring 15mm high. This figure with exquisite detail and colouring precisely that of the uniform. Many photos provided below to give you details from all angles. Weighing 225 grams. This statue was made by special order with Roy Maitland of Tradition (London, England) approximately 20 years ago. It was not sold as the Walt Disney Corporation had a contract with the R.C.M.P. for exclusive marketing rights. This has now expired and it is for sale for the first time. The uniform detailing and colouring were taken from a life size uniform. The quality of this figure makes it fitting for any collection or as a gift for an R.C.M.P. enthusiast. This statue is not made of lead but of a comparable heavy metal consistent with today's toy soldiers. It will be carefully wrapped for shipping in bubble wrap and a secure box.
