Member medal in sterling named to "Mayor R.G. Geary" , Cadbury medal to commemorate the visit of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth to Canada 1939. With an extensive binder of research. George Reginald Geary was born in Strathroy Ontario August 12th, 1873. He died in Toronto April 30th, 1954. He was a lawyer who was called to the bar in 1896 and educated at Upper Canada College & University of Toronto. He worked at the firm of Macdonnell, MacMaster and Geary. He served in WWI and was awarded the Military Cross and the French Legion of Honour. He was the Commander of the Royal Grenadier Regiment 1926-26, Member of the Orange Order, Sons of England. He was the Mayor of Toronto from 1910-1912.
