We are located in a small town just outside of Ottawa, Ontario Canada. After a career in the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and attendance at Carleton University in Ottawa, Eugene Ursual decided to turn his love of military collecting into a full time career. Eugene passed away on June 10th, 2008 following a short but courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. It was his wish that his wife Tanya continue the business. After 18 years of experience working alongside Eugene, she has acquired an extensive knowledge. Clients can attest to her professional, courteous and honest service. She is assisted by Christina Snowdon who looks forward to assisting clients. How to Order 
Prices appear on our website in Canadian funds. May we recommend visiting xe.com for up-to-date currency conversion. All orders are processed in Canadian dollars. Payment may be made by money order, Mastercard, Visa or personal Cheque. We can also accomodate U.S. checks and request that you confirm the correct exchange rate with us. Canadian residents only please add appropriate tax(es); 5% GST applies to all Canadian buyers, residents of Ontario are subject to an additional 8% Ontario Sales Tax. Buyers in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland are subject to 13% HST on all purchases. Payment by Visa or Mastercard is encouraged as currency conversions appear automatically on your statement. This means that a transaction entered in Canadian dollars will appear on your next credit card statement in your currency based on that day's currency exchange rates. Please include the expiration date. Items may be ordered through our secure on-line order form on our website, by telephone (613)258-5999, E-mail, letter or fax (613-258-9118). Business hours are 10 A.M. to 4 P.M. Monday to Friday. We have a secure answering machine on which messages may be left 24 hours a day. While we endeavour to maintain a current inventory on the website, there will be times when an item has been sold but still appears on our site. We apologize for any disappointment this causes.
Shipping
Canadian Parcels are usually sent by Xpresspost or Expedited mail service at a rate of $10 for Ontario & Quebec buyers (regional) and $13 for all other Provinces (National). All international parcels are shipped security registered airmail unless otherwise stated. Security registered shipping charges are standard at $16. Cdn. There will be times, however, when shipping charges exceed this rate in the case of oversized parcels. Delivery time is approximately two weeks on a registered parcel as all shipments are recorded and tracked along the way. The parcel will have to be signed for upon delivery. Books are generally sent regular airmail . We aim to mail parcels as safely and affordably as possible. We also offer a Fedex overnight service to the U.S. at a cost of approximately $50.00. Please let us know if you would like your parcel shipped this way. We can also ship Fedex to just about anywhere in the world (starting at $80.00) |
